The recovered clip shows an individual, face never visible, moving past the MDG perimeter line under cover of dark and approaching a massive structure risen from the water at the site of the coastal incident. Several seconds of the footage appear to be shot from inside the structure itself.
The recording ends abruptly. NEWS 6 has not been able to determine what the individual encountered in the final moments of the footage, or whether they made it back out.
